Our dedicated route drivers are responsible for delivering water and salt to thousands of customers each month in our three territories, and are always ready to give friendly and dependable service and maybe even a helping hand. Best of all, these guys will call you the night before your delivery just in case you forget. We receive many compliments on our drivers for going above and beyond. 

One of our biggest strengths is our Service Department. Our folks are the most experienced in the area with over 70 years of combined service in the water business. We take great pride in providing timely and professional service to our customers. Besides our regular hours of operation, our service department is on call 24/7 for emergencies.

Our Service Department are sales professionals and are available any time to test your water and give recommendations - for free! From Bottled Water to whole house systems, we can provide a solution that is right for you. If you have a water concern, call us today and one of our folks will come out and fix it. Our office staff is always ready to help. Whether it be to inquire about our products and services or to ask a question about your existing service, these folks can handle it promptly. And you will never be transferred to a voice mail. We don’t believe in it. We also have an after hours answering service to help you 24 hours a day!
